Walking
Walking has been proved as best way to
stay fit, while the benefit of walking has been always ignored by
people, but remember whenever you approach any doctor he always suggest
you to walk, walking not only makes you fit and fresh, but is a natural
way of healing many critical diseases. While for walking you need not
to make an extra efforts, all you need to do is . avoid
using vehicles to reach your office (if it is in close proximity), use

much hassle.
