Today everyone is so busy that sometimes health priority is kept in second position as compared to other factors, while the business is never going to end and so as the health is never going to be the same, what you need to do is, a proper balance between the work and personal care. All you need to do is, play on your fav track whenever you are stressed, tired and exhausted. Breathe

you breathe daily, but do you know there are forms of breathing, which are considered to be as best form of healing some of the critical  diseases like diabetes and blood pressure, if you are not aware of how breathing can help you in meditation, then you try breathing right now, take a long breathe hold it for second and leave it, do it 2-3 times and see the difference , your mind and body will be much reformed and energize, there are lot of breathing forms available in yoga, which can help you out to cure diseases as well, this can be adopted on regular schedule without much hassle.
Although the list is huge, there exsist hundreds of ways through which you can mediate yourself when stressed, try above mentioned few techniques regularly and you will feel better everyday everytime.
